Chase Brown, Esq. is a former prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Chase Brown graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 2018 and from St. John’s University School of Law in 2021. While at the District Attorney’s Office, Chase Brown spent his first year in the District Court Bureau which he was responsible for handling all types of misdemeanor cases ranging from petit larceny, driving while intoxicated, assault, and sexual assault charges. He thereafter was promoted for eighteen months in the Domestic Violence Bureau, which involved criminal prosecution for harassment, assault, strangulation, and various felony charges. Following the Domestic Violence Bureau, Chase Brown worked in the Grand Jury/Case Advisory Bureau, which involved search warrants, presenting numerous cases to the Grand Jury, and prosecuting a wide variety of felonies.

While in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office Chase Brown tried over 30 cases to verdict, prepared more than 10 search warrants, and indicted a multitude of felony cases. Chase Brown has received extensive training and is certified in Child First Forensic interviewing, and is the recipient of a distinguished service award for “outstanding prosecutorial efforts.” In September of 2024 he left the District Attorney’s Office bringing his insight and vast experience as a former prosecutor to zealously represent his clients from the defense side.
